We visited the hotel with three children and old parents (two rooms were reserved). The staff were very kindly arranged despite our poor English, and fixed many troubles. The dinning in the hotel was also good, and we enjoyed nice breakfast by kind staffs. The location of the loggings was also nice; access to the center of the city was good. We enjoyed shopping, dinner, and walkings from the loggings on foot. It takes only 5 minutes even with children. We visited beautiful mountains and lakes, around Banff National Park using the Rental Car, and met wild squirrel, moose, and bear! Every scene should be good memories for children, and was also good class for the nature. (We hope them to do so to their children in the future...) The loggings was also perfect for the base of visiting around the park. We can recommend to all families who love nature and shopping!

年配者3夫婦6人の登山トレッキングでクインベッドのツインル-ム3部屋を利用しました,歩く事に問題がない者ですから町の中心まで5~10分と離れていますが,静かで,清潔感のある部屋でした,部屋の清掃人からのメッセ-ジも6泊中に2回メモあり感じよく宿泊することができました.
バンフの町では夏は最高気温28度は滅多に超えないとのことですが、 今年は31度になり夜が熱く寝苦しかったです、網戸にして過ごしました、 空調設備が壁にあるコントローラーは暖房用で、冷房用設備も設置してある様子でしたが、場所がテーブルの下で操作できませんでした、薄暗くボタンダイヤルの表示が年配者には良く見えませんでした、
